Do the maintence trip about you going swimming if you dont live there?
I’ve been a resident for over a year, I’ve already signed to stay another year. I’ve overall have had a great experience with capstone however there’s a couple minor changes that have occurred. They aren’t hidden fees however there is a few fees being incorporated from now on. They’ve also closed the office on Saturday and Sunday so you’re unable to pickup packages over the weekend. Other than that everyone has been awesome along with the maintenance crew too. I live with friends and we all signed together, so that also makes it an enjoyable experience.
