  There are not enough stars in the universe to rate my experience with European Care at Home. We have used this service for 6 months now and I cannot say enough positive things about each and every staff member I have had contact with. We don't live in the state and need help caring for my dear mom. Tanya in the main office has been an absolute miracle for us. They really CARE...I mean genuinely care. The live in caregivers (Minjee and Naydia) are hard working, smart, efficient, lovely people. They gave her peace and kindness and companionship. They are ALWAYS tell me everything that is going on and needs to be followed up on, communicate perfectly...(text, send pictures),. They have managed and dispensed her medications to the most professional standards...met with doctors, therapists, home nurse care, take her to the grocery store, her hair stylist as needed. They report on her demeanor, did showers, dressed, did her hair, food made and eaten, made sure the trash is out, checked snacks, made sure she is eating enough protein, light cleaning, lots of cooking, drove to appointments .... So many different jobs that I am not there to do. I could not ask for more...just wonderful. This company hires well. I have been able to call them for emergencies and on weekends and they will take care of the problem. And at times its been managing very stressful situations. And I am in Oklahoma. If you are reading this you know how difficult it can be to find good caregiving....it's a huge matter of TRUST. THE BEST!!!!!!! They were advocates, protectors, and friends. They were hard-working, problem-solving, full of love. PS Hope I am this lucky when I need this kind of help ;-)))) Tina

  I can't speak highly enough of the people at European Best Care. Tanya and her team are nothing short of super stars. Each and every staff member I connected with was incredibly professional, patient and caring. Vladimir never disappointed helping to provide scheduling for both short and long term needs. I quite simply do not know how l would have coped without their support.
