1. Our current floor plans are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. Some of the larger one bedrooms have flexibility to create an office space. New designs will launch in 2024 that may include a den feature.
2. We have a parking garage and currently have a promotion for 1 year of FREE assigned garage parking.
3. Our current dining program includes Continental Breakfast daily as well as choice of multi-course meal per day at choice of time. Lunch, Late Lunch or Dinner. Additional meals can be purchased. Full kitchens are featured in all Independent Apartments.
4. Our current Market Café offers “grab and go” items M-F including soups, pastries, and sandwiches.

Lexington Square Senior Living communities are located in Lombard and Elmhurst, IL.
Our Mom moved to Roosevelt at Salt Creek in March, 2024. It was difficult for her to give up her house of 60 years. The staff from our initial contact, Julie Wilson, to Dariela, to staff in the dining room, the maintenance crew (who have been so responsive to small issues) and Maureen who greets us with a warm welcome when we visit. The transition was excellent for our Mom. She is absolutely thriving her short time at Roosevelt. Her house sold quickly and she has not looked back only forward! It's great to see her participating in activities, making new friends, and being so comfortable in her new home.

The Roosevelt at Salt Creek was neat and clean, residents were very friendly and willing to tell about their experiences there. Staff was always nearby and offering help. Rooms are a good size and the place offers a lot of amentities.

We have been working with The Roosevelt at Salt Creek for some time now as a move in partner. We work with lots of couples, singles and adult children who have been really pleased with the staff's attentiveness, the beautiful renovations and the dining experience. As a moving and real estate company we work with people from all over and it so nice to hear how pleased they are with their new surroundings and they attention they receive at Salt Creek.

My initial contact with “The Roosevelt” began with two informative and thorough visits with Residency Counselor Julie Wilson. She clearly answered all my questions. The community is a clean, safe environment with a friendly staff. There exists many activities to participate. The Marketing and Sales Move In Administrator Dariela Garcia assures an easy transition to new residency. She continues to personally monitor all residents to assure a positive quality of life. My experience living at “The Roosevelt” exceeds my expectations.

My mom recently moved to The Roosevelt. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive. The renovations are beautiful. They have responded quickly to any and all questions asked by myself or my mom.
